At EverSlife, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at y2kwool@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping. Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
