Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all US orders over $80! The free shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website or through your order status page.

International Shipping

Shipping Delays

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 7 days. If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, please contact us and we will investigate.
