Return & Refund Policy

At EverSlife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@everslife.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request within 24-48 hours.
  3. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Free gifts or promotional items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except for damaged or defective items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
